When it is time to upgrade let AIM provide options on GE, Siemens, and Philips CT products.  These systems can be bought with or without warranty.  Since equipment is generally replaced every 5 to 7 years, a lease may be a better fit.  Lease programs include full warranty options over the entire term of the lease.  Lease Programs range from 3 to 5 years.
